What we have learned

As a household answers, chooses and talks to the coach, the product keeps notes on what they care about, and uses them to guide what comes next. This page is the promise that makes that acceptable: they are told first, they can say no as easily as yes, they see every note and where it came from, and they can fix it, take a copy, stop it or delete it. We never sell it.

1 · Where it lives, and where it starts

One new group on House, and one new step in the first hour. Nothing else in the product changes shape to make room.

1 · You two, on the House tab
Extends 11 frame 1. Your vision and What we have learned, side by side, above the rooms.
The Hollis House
Beside Vision, because both are about them

Vision had no house-level door before this: the app reaches it only from a room’s follow-up question (conv_narrow_screen.dart:215). One group gives both a home, and it is the first thing on House rather than a setting.

A count, never a nudge

The row says how many notes there are. It never says something is waiting. Ruled: no interrupts, anywhere.

2 · Before we learn anything
Extends 04. One step, just after the household question. Nothing is kept about anyone until they answer it.

As you go, we will learn what you two care about.

So what you tell us once helps with every choice after it.

From what you tell us and chooseYour answers here, the options you pick, and what you ask the coach.
To point out what mattersWhich choices touch what you care about, and where you and Nora see it differently.
Yours to see and changeEvery note is listed in What we have learned. Fix or remove any of it. Your builder never sees it.
We never sell what we learn about you. It is used to help with your house, and nothing else.

If Nora joins, she decides for herself. Nothing is noted about her until she does.

Sounds good
Consent is asked, per person

Nothing about Sam is learned until Sam taps Sounds good. Nora gets her own step when she joins. Saying yes also lets the first pass read what Sam already answered; saying no stores nothing new. A solo household reads “what you care about” and has no Nora line.

The promise is body type

Not fine print. It is the sentence a person is owed before they agree, and it repeats on every surface where they might change their mind.

3 · Continuing without it
The sheet from Continue without it. What they give up, what they keep, and the promise again.

As you go, we will learn what you two care about.

Continue without it?

That is fine. Here is what changes.

We will notKeep notes about what you like, need or want, or use them in suggestions.
SoThe coach and your decisions will not bring up what you told us before, and you will not see where you and Nora differ. We may ask some things again.
Still savedYour answers, choices and rooms stay with your house, as they always do.
Either way, we never sell your information. You can turn this on any time in House, under What we have learned.
Both buttons weigh the same

Saying no has to be as easy as saying yes. A sheet that talks somebody out of refusing is not consent. Our reading of GDPR Art. 7, pending counsel.

Still saved is the line that matters

Answers are the house’s record and not part of this consent. Without that line, no reads as lose my work.

2 · The place

What waits for them, where they differ, what we believe, and what is theirs to take or end. A note reaches a prompt only after this place has shown it to the person it is about.

Waiting for you holds three kinds

A new guess, a clash with something they confirmed, and whether a note is true of every house or only this one. Each shows its evidence as the things they actually said or chose. A note is used only once this place has shown it. A scope question leaves the note on This house for now until it is answered.

Sure is a shape, not a number

Our guess and Confirmed are different marks, and This house and Any house say where a note applies. No percentage: a model’s confidence is not calibrated, and a number would pretend it was.

Typed things are not copied

Priorities and dealbreakers stay in Vision and are read live. A second copy is a copy that goes stale the first time Vision is edited.

When Nora has not joined

Nothing is stored about her. What Sam said about her in onboarding stays Sam’s answer, read live where Sam’s answers are read, and never becomes a note of hers. Her notes start when she joins and says yes. Here she has, which is why she has notes.

5 · Fix a note
Not quite, or tapping a note. Their words replace ours.

Removing a note deletes it. We will not guess it again from the same answers.

Save
Corrected is permanent

A saved fix is corrected, and inference never rewrites it again. Remove note deletes the sentence and its evidence. What stays is a marker with no words in it (who, kind, topic) so the same answers cannot bring it back, and the sheet says so.

6 · Stop learning
From Your information. One step, and it takes effect at once.

What we have learned

Stop learning?

From now on we will not keep new notes about you or use any in suggestions. Nora chooses for herself.

Kept notes stay here, unused, until you turn learning back on or delete them.

Stop learning
Withdrawn as easily as given

Our reading of GDPR Art. 7(3), pending counsel. Consent is each person’s: Sam stopping covers the notes about Sam. A seated Nora has her own switch, and notes about both of them stop being used until both have learning on.

Delete is the default

Stopping usually means forget it. Deleting runs the same erasure as account deletion, limited to these notes and their evidence. Our reading of Art. 17, pending counsel.

7 · Learning is off
After continuing without it, or stopping. The House row reads Learning is off.

What we have learned

Learning is off We are not keeping notes about what you two care about, so suggestions do not use anything you told us before.
We never sell your information, whether this is on or off.
No guilt copy

No count of what they are missing and no reminder elsewhere. Turning it on is one tap, and returns them to frame 2’s promise.

Nothing learned and could not look read differently

These notes are not synced to the phone: every use of them is on the server. So this screen reads online, and its error arm says so rather than drawing an empty profile.
